Wiseman Holdings LLC provides lawful notarial and signing services, including:

• Mobile Notary Public services

• Remote Online Notarization (RON), where permitted by Michigan law

• Loan Signing Agent / Notary Signing Agent (LSA/NSA) services

• Witnessing signatures and administering oaths

Loan Signing Agent (LSA / NSA) Disclosure

Client acknowledges that:

• Wiseman Holdings LLC acts solely as an independent Notary Signing Agent

• We are not affiliated with lenders, title companies, escrow companies, or financial institutions

• We do not explain loan terms, interest rates, or financial obligations

• Questions regarding loan documents must be directed to the lender, escrow officer, or title company

General Disclosures

Client understands:

• Wiseman Holdings LLC is not an attorney, not a lender, not a title company, and not a government agency

• No legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice is provided

• Notarization does not validate document contents

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Present valid government-issued identification

• Be willing, aware, and competent at the time of signing

• Ensure documents are complete prior to notarization

Fees & Liability

Fees are disclosed in advance and due at time of service.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Immigration Document Preparation Agreement (Non-Attorney)

Service Description

Wiseman Holdings LLC provides non-attorney immigration document preparation and administrative services, including:

• Typing and formatting client-provided information

• Document organization and assembly

• Non-certified translation support (see disclosure below)

Mandatory Non-Attorney Disclosure

• We are not attorneys

• We do not provide legal advice or representation

• We do not select immigration forms or determine eligibility

Translation Services Disclosure

Client acknowledges that:

• Translation services provided are administrative language support only

• Translations are not legal advice

• Unless explicitly stated in writing, translations are not certified translations

• Client is responsible for confirming whether certified translation is required by USCIS, courts, or foreign authorities

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking your appointment

• Documents are released immediately as long as full payment is recieved

Non-Refundable Services

Fees become non-refundable once:

• Notarization or loan signing is completed

• Apostille submission occurs

• Immigration, estate, Medallion  Signature or translation administrative work begins

Loan Signing Document Handling (LSA / NSA)

• Documents are returned per hiring entity instructions

• Wiseman Holdings LLC is not responsible for lender decisions, funding timelines, or recording delays
